1. Contest Period
The contest begins on December 26, 2025 and ends on December 31, 2025 (“Contest Period”).
The winner will be selected and announced on January 01, 2026.
2. Eligibility
This contest is open to:
• Legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec)
• Individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry
• Both new and existing Neobanc users
Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Neobanc may participate but are not eligible to win.

4. Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive up to $250 toward an eligible utility bill (e.g., electricity, gas, water, or internet). Winner must provide proof of the bill. Prize is non-transferable.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on January 01, 2026.
The winner will be contacted via Instagram DM from the official @neobanccom account.
If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, Neobanc reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
6. General Conditions
Neobanc reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest in the event of tampering, fraud, or technical issues.
