1. Contest Period

The contest begins on February 1, 2026 and ends on February 28, 2026 (“Contest Period”).

The winner will be selected and announced on or about March 1, 2026.

2. Eligibility

This contest is open to:

• Legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec)
• Individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry
• New and existing Neobanc users

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Neobanc may participate but are not eligible to win.

3. How to Enter

Automatic Entry:

• Pay rent using Neobanc at any time during the Contest Period
• Each completed rent payment equals one (1) entry

4. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive cashback equal to their most recent February rent payment, up to a maximum of $1,500, credited to their Neobanc account.

• If the winner’s February rent payment is less than $1,500, the cashback amount will equal the rent amount paid
  • Example: If the winner paid $1,200 in rent, they will receive $1,200 in cashback
• If the winner’s February rent payment is greater than $1,500, the cashback amount will be capped at $1,500
• Cashback may be applied toward future rent payments or eligible bills
• Cashback has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn
• Prize is non-transferable
• Winner must have a Neobanc account to receive the prize

5. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after the Contest Period ends.

The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @neobanccom account and/or via the email associated with their Neobanc account.

If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, Neobanc reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. General Conditions

Neobanc reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest in the event of fraud, technical issues, or any other factors beyond its reasonable control.

By entering, participants agree to allow Neobanc to use their first name, city, and/or entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
