1. Contest Period
The contest begins on January 13th, 2026 at 2:00 PM ET and ends on January 19th, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Contest Period”).
The winner will be selected and announced on January 20th, 2026.
2. Eligibility
This contest is open to:
• Legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec)
• Individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry
• Both new and existing Neobanc users
Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Neobanc may participate but are not eligible to win.

One (1) winner will receive:
• Up to $500 toward their credit card bill
– If the winner has a Neobanc account at the time of selection: $500 prize
– If the winner does not have an account: $250 prize
Winner must provide proof of a credit card bill.
Prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
The winner will be contacted via Instagram DM from @neobanccom.
If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, Neobanc may select an alternate winner.
