What if I've already paid for past rent reporting?

Neobanc Accelerated Credit Building covers your future past-rent reports, up to 24 months.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your benefits stay active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Membership is charged on the first day of each month, and we don’t offer prorated refunds.

Is it really billed only once a year?
