The Neobanc Private Beta Loyalty Reward (the “Promotion”) is a closed incentive program to thank our early users for their engagement and feedback. Eligible participants will be entered for a chance to win cashback rewards of up to $2,500 CAD, credited directly to their Neobanc accounts.
The Promotion runs from March 1, 2025 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) to July 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Neobanc reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Participants who do not meet all requirements will be disqualified.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Neo Technologies Inc. (“Neobanc”) and its affiliates are not eligible.
Eligible users receive entries as follows:
All entries are cumulative and carried forward into each monthly draw. There is no limit to the number of entries a participant can earn. Bonus entries are awarded only to users who meet full eligibility.
Beginning May 2025, Neobanc will conduct monthly draws using all accumulated entries.
First Draw: May 5, 2025
Subsequent draws will occur on the 5th of each following month.
Each winner is selected using a secure, timestamp-seeded random number generator (RNG). All entries earned to date remain valid for each future draw. Each entry carries equal odds of selection.
Winners will be notified via email. If a winner does not respond within five (5) business days, an alternate may be selected.
Each draw’s winner will receive a Neobanc cashback credit equal to the value of one rent payment made during the Promotion Period, up to a maximum of $2,500 CAD.
Cashback will be credited to the user’s Neobanc balance and is subject to the same terms and timelines as standard rewards. Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be substituted.
By participating, users consent to the collection and use of personal information for the purpose of administering the Promotion. All data will be processed in accordance with Neobanc’s Privacy Policy and Canadian privacy laws.

This Promotion is governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Void in Québec and where otherwise prohibited.
This is a private loyalty incentive, not a public contest. No purchase is required to open a Neobanc account. Eligibility requires participation in the Private Beta, a rent payment through the platform, and survey completion.
Neobanc is not liable for technical errors, entry failures, or missed communications. In any dispute, Neobanc’s decisions are final.
By participating in the Promotion, all entrants expressly agree that, if selected as a winner, Neobanc may publicly announce their first name, last initial, and Canadian city of residence across Neobanc’s digital channels (including email, social media, and the app), without additional compensation or further consent, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
